Marketing & Communication Manager Douala
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Communication Manager to lead our marketing and communication initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, strengthen our brand presence, and effectively communicate our value proposition to diverse audiences. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to drive engagement, growth, and organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events).
Produce high-quality content for marketing collateral, press releases, newsletters, social media, and other communication platforms.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage internal and external communications to enhance organizational visibility and reputation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and product promotion.
Track, report, and optimize marketing performance metrics and ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and brand management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to develop creative marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Experience in public relations and media engagement is an advantage.
